IT Assets, License - Asset Management for Jira, JSM, ITSM

In general, for a small company it is not bad. The main drawback is that inventory management (Custody Verifications) is implemented extremely poorly, inconvenient, opaque, without reports.

This tool has been an invaluable asset to our organization, streamlining the process of tracking equipment and enabling users to easily book instruments. The intuitive design has significantly improved efficiency across our teams. Additionally, the support team has been outstanding—responsive, proactive, and highly receptive to feedback. They not only address feature requests promptly but also recently incorporated our suggestions into the latest release, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Using the tool for more than 3 years now, it does what you would expect with little effort and in a very intuitive manner. I can recommend it. The support works really well, and they are actively trying to improve the app functionalities with users feedback

Was looking for an alternative asset program that everyone on our team could access. The old one we used only allowed 2 users. Having it accessible through our Jira Service Management was an even greater advantage. While we had to tweak how we use it to suit our needs, so far it's been working really well. It's user-friendly, and the YouTube instruction videos make it easy to see where to enter your categories, departments, etc..
