A Great Tool That Transforms Confluence Pages Karma has been incredibly helpful in improving the way we build and present content in Confluence. It gives our pages a clean, polished, almost “website-like” look that we previously could only achieve with advanced web or design knowledge. Thanks to Karma, teams across all departments can now create great-looking pages without needing any special skills. The templates provided are also a big advantage—they’re a perfect starting point for users who are new to the app and aren’t sure how to begin. They guide you in the right direction and make the whole content-creation process much easier. We initially started with the free version, but quickly upgraded to the paid plan because the tool was so good and added so much value to our internal documentation. During this transition, the support from the Karma team—especially Tim—was outstanding. He was always ready to help, responded incredibly fast, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, Karma has significantly improved our Confluence experience, helping us create beautiful, professional pages with ease. A great investment that we highly recommend!

I stumbled on KARMA Page Builder (and AURA Content Formatting) organically "in the wild" earlier this year and decided to give them a try. They quickly became MAJOR apps in my workflow and now I can't imagine life without them! My primary use case is KARMA as the main page builder for my public-facing technical writing portfolio: https://documentation-czar.atlassian.net/wiki As a team of one (just me), KARMA Page Builder enables me to build visually beautiful pages despite not being a graphic designer or web developer. The built-in templates are a fantastic starting point and are easily customizable, so I can refine the design until it matches what I originally envisioned. Creating a custom color palette and saving all the colors from my personal branding makes it easy to keep my pages consistent. For components that I re-use often (like my blog highlights) is quick and easy, and streamlines the workflow for adding new content. Overall, the interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. Whenever I've run into something I couldn't figure out on my own, I've been able to find the answer in the official documentation. I haven't taken advantage of the free demo yet, but the fact that the option exists is amazing and I'm likely to schedule a demo just to see if they show me things I haven't found on my own. Since KARMA Page Builder is free for teams of 10 or fewer, it's an unbeatable low (or no) cost way to give your page visuals a professional quality boost if you're a small team (or working solo). The only drawback is, as others have mentioned, the visuals don't necessarily translate if you export a page built with KARMA to PDF or Word format. KARMA (and AURA) elements also don't render if you use something like Scroll Sites to make a public knowledge base. They do seem to work in JSM knowledge bases, though!
