  Agile Toolbox has been rebuilt since then. Version 5, released in September 2026, runs as a native Atlassian Forge app: it follows your Jira theme, uses your Jira permissions, and keeps data in the EU or US region. Planning Poker rooms now let you choose how the estimate is calculated (most voted, average, median or highest), label every reveal Unanimous, Close or Split, and run a round timer. Retrospectives gained vote budgets, a facilitator-controlled voting phase, emoji reactions, card grouping, and an action column that creates a Jira issue for every card in one pass.

  If you are willing to try it again, it is free for sites with up to 10 users. Anything that still gets in the way, write to support@liquitim.com and I will look at it personally.

Nice and simple to vote, just started trialling today. The first thought though, why can't you set a default room either for a project or issue type. Frustrating setting a room up each time you review a story.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave the review! We are delighted to hear you like the plugin. We would like to create the best plugin for tasks estimation and the information about missing features are important to us. Saving the default configuration has already been implemented some time ago. We are constantly improving the product, We have implemented refinements and retrospection meetings, basically all what you need to process Scrum ceremonies. Please take a look on the descriptions, screenshots or just test the trial version.
