Awesome Custom Fields – Custom Fields for Jira & JSM

We had a use case to buy Awesome Custom Fields because of the availability of multi-level cascading fields. We were migrating a team from Bugzilla to Jira, so we were resigned that we'd have to manually create each level to match what was in Bugzilla. However, we reached out to Seibert to see if they could help. They were able to create a script for us in a few days that automatically created the field values based on a csv file we had. This script worked great and saved us days of manual work! This is great customer service!

We had an support case. Support was friendly and competent. Plugin works nice.

Very usefull app that can manage custom fields with issue links and conditions (with smart values) and many other types of fields !
