Spreadsheet for Jira enables you to edit spreadsheets directly on the issues. You can control who can view and edit the spreadsheets in a granular way using global and project level permission setting pages. You can set general permissions from the global level permission settings page and overwrite them for specific projects if you need to. General permissions are applied to all you projects until they are overwrited.
