Such a nice tool! Where to start... We have been using Zephyr for years but performances were poor and not improving, with users waiting sometimes minutes to get their test execution page updated after each and every click... With TTM everything is fast, updated instantly when you click or even sometimes roll over elements. Updating test results is not a nightmare anymore, such a relief! Test referential is available, meaning you upload test scenario directly from TTM and into TTM even though it creates a test scenario ticket (which you never go to directly from Jira). Scenario visible from TTM in the scenario view for organizing and of course use as template for test runs in campaigns. All of this including test runs / test campaigns is really seamless, takes the benefits of zephyr versus xray (no need to create tons of ticket for everything / test planned on jira releases by default) but better managed with the ability to select all the executions you want to work on and go into the test run section, only with these tests shown, where you can easily switch between all these tests you have to do and not be disturbed by others, so handy! Last but not least, look and feel is quite modern, nice to use. Indeed a few features can be improved, like the import (require to group cells with scenario name for all steps of a given test), export (currently no test run manual data entered by testers during run present in exports), and maybe test execution nesting and reports, but overall it is worth it and price is really fair. Thanks Tricentis! Looking forward for these improvement (oh, I forgot, support replies fast and is very nice).

It's OK. The requirements section is clunky and the status of the test runs does not reflect up in the requirement itself when using the "normal" part of jira. You have to navigate through the tricentis bit to get that visibility, which doesn't help when you have dashboards.

As a QA lead, Iâve had the pleasure of using Tricentis Test Management for Jira, and it has been a game-changer for our testing processes. The integration is seamless, allowing us to manage our test cases, plans, and executions directly within Jira, which streamlines our workflow significantly. Key Highlights: Comprehensive Test Management: The ability to create, organize, and execute test cases within Jira is incredibly powerful. It eliminates the need for separate test management tools and keeps everything in one place. User-Friendly Interface: The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those new to test management. The integration with Jira's native features makes it a smooth experience. Customizable Reports: The reporting capabilities are robust and customizable, allowing us to generate detailed test reports and metrics that are critical for project tracking and decision-making. Enhanced Collaboration: The integration facilitates better collaboration between development and testing teams by centralizing information and enabling real-time updates and discussions. Overall, Tricentis Test Management for Jira is a top-notch solution for teams looking to enhance their testing processes while staying within the Jira ecosystem. Highly recommended!

I saw an review that said after trial period you have to pay for it even thought it is written that it is free up to 10 users. So if i have 5 users will it be free for me or will i have to pay? As i don't want to use it now until i don't know if i will be able to use it later after tree trial. App overall looks good

Zephyr Scale has better usability and better reporting. The Tricentis AI capability looks very promising though.
