ProBackup for Confluence

This app doesn't work. At the end of the "getting started" process it fails the setup with the error: "oauth_email_not_verified: Please restart the signup flow from the start, it looks like you succesfully verified the ownership of m.weigelt@portagon.com but not yet of with a 6 digit code" I am absolutely certain that I do have verified my Pro Backup account with the 6 digits from the confirmation E-Mail that I have received during account creation. The support of Pro Backup responds after days with "Could you please try to sign in directly on our website? If needed, the system will prompt you to verify your email address again. Once that is done, you should be able to add the Jira app from the Atlassian marketplace." Which shows me that their support team seams to have no clue about how their own app is working. Since my account E-Mail is already verified I am getting immediately redirected to the Atlassian marketplace from the Pro Backup portal integration. Very frustrating experience since other integrations from Pro Backup for Hubspot and DocuSign work without any issues. The one for Jira and Confluence is useless.

Simple and elegant app to backup your confluence pages and subpages. Preview function is handy to go back in time.

Would be nice if it was not in the category "Free for all teams" when it's only free for a 7 day test period.

im not quite sure if im just to dump to use this Backup tool... 1. you cant set the Restore Path (Select a Space to Restore the Data to -> I found some restored Data in a Users personal Space) 2. you cant see the Status of the Restore ( more Data needs more time to be Restored, but after you click on "Create Copy" you don't have a clue how long you have to wait... so the Backup Prozess is good, the Status and Details are good. But the Restore Process is not usable at all

  Thank you for your feedback. Our team has been working hard to iron out the restore issues. In September we have published Confluence 2.0 which heavily improves the user experience. It would be great if you could give Pro Backup another spin. Thanks.
