Zoho CRM Connector for Jira helps teams connect Jira issues with Zoho CRM records through a flexible Smart Connected Items model. Admins can configure display-only, one-way, or two-way connections, map Jira and Zoho CRM fields, and enable status, notes, or attachment synchronization where supported. The app supports App OAuth 2.0 for shared automation as well as provider-based user authentication, giving teams the option to centralize background sync or let users connect with their own Zoho CRM accounts. From the Jira issue panel, users can search and link Zoho CRM records, review linked field values, open the source record in Zoho CRM, refresh synced data, and unlink manual connections without leaving Jira.
