ProBackup for Jira

It's marked free on marketplace but actually not, don't believe them. It's just trial period for 7 days. Too shame...

Using a google account with ProBackup eliminates any chance of connecting with Jira. Their support is hard to get by. As Marc-Anton Weigelt write in here as well, it's a very frustrating experience, as ProBackups other solutions seems to work fine.

This app doesn't work. At the end of the "getting started" process it fails the setup with the error: "oauth_email_not_verified: Please restart the signup flow from the start, it looks like you succesfully verified the ownership of m.weigelt@portagon.com but not yet of with a 6 digit code" I am absolutely certain that I do have verified my Pro Backup account with the 6 digits from the confirmation E-Mail that I have received during account creation. The support of Pro Backup responds after days with "Could you please try to sign in directly on our website? If needed, the system will prompt you to verify your email address again. Once that is done, you should be able to add the Jira app from the Atlassian marketplace." Which shows me that their support team seams to have no clue about how their own app is working. Since my account E-Mail is already verified I am getting immediately redirected to the Atlassian marketplace from the Pro Backup portal integration. Very frustrating experience since other integrations from Pro Backup for Hubspot and DocuSign work without any issues. The one for Jira and Confluence is useless.
