This is a very helpful app for increasing the efficiency of addressing tickets. The support is great- highly responsive, willing to assist and the team will go above and beyond to ensure that issues or bugs are addressed as soon as possible. Very valuable app.

Would be great if the 'insert elements' feature available in the Jira comments field was also available in this app. To create templates with the same look and feel as standard comments.

Great app! I'd save quite a few responses to a file for pasting in comments, but it is so much better to have the responses available right on the issue. Also, being able to put variables in the text makes for a much more efficient use of time. We have hundreds of projects that need to be enabled, so one suggestion is to have a select/deselect all button available when enabling/disabling projects.
