With foreknown you manage your fixed price and time & material customer orders. Via the order items, you define which services are required and to what extent. The integration with Jira allows you to transfer all work processes that have been recorded in Jira to foreknown and assign them to the corresponding orders, order items and activity types via a set of rules. In this way, work log entries automatically become billable services that are consolidated into invoice items via the invoice wizard.
In this way, foreknown not only has the planned effort stored in orders, but also the actual consumption from worklogs posted in Jira. In addition to the invoicing of services, this also enables comprehensive controlling at the order, project, team and company level.
