Save your Slack conversations in Confluence

No need to ask twice

The Arqivist will gather all the messages in a Slack thread, including their timestamps and authors, and create a Confluence page.

Don't lose a Slack discussion again

With your most important async communication stored in Confluence, you have a permanent, searchable record. Ask in Slack, archive the answer in Confluence.

Messages become discoverable, linkable, useful

You can link not only the archived page, but also to the individual messaged inside the thread. Use them as references in Jira tickets, or further documentation in Confluence.

More details

As requested by some customers, The Arqivist can now archive whole channels. This is ideal for scenarios such as post-mortem documentation of major incidents, for which a single-use slack channel is created.

The `/arqive` slash command takes no arguments and will initiate the archival of the current channel. For archiving threads, the interaction remains via a message shortcut (slack does not allow slash commands in threads).
