Contract Signatures for Confluence

When it works, it's great to have this solution in Confluence. However, it breaks regularly in our experience and doesn't work great in Safari. This makes it unreliable, which is undesirable in an electronic signature solution. Support is hit and miss - quick to reply but fixes take too long.

This app has worked extremely well for our contracts and other docs. We've run into a few challenges, but the support has been fantastic. They respond very quickly and have fixed all the issues, and have been very good about implementing suggestions for improvement. We wanted to get out of PandaDoc, and when we moved our project management systems over to Jira/Confluence this app made it possible. Quite happy with it. UPDATE: Several years later, I'm still happy with the app. Had an issue right after accepting an update but they straightened it out right away. I still recommend it.
