FlowViz

Amazing! Works in a case where the API does not, the template is a great base although would definitely recommend setting some time aside to customise it to your needs.

Amazing tool that helps you visualise your flow data. It allows teams to understand and highlight issues with their flow, providing a baseline to run and validate experiments from. An essential tool in todays data driven world.

FlowViz is an incredible tool which has made a real positive impact with my teams. We're able to hold informed discussions using the data to then inspect and adapt our ways of working. It's brilliant for reviewing key metrics such as Cycle Time, Work Item Age, WIP, Lead Time etc. It's been a key contributor in helping my teams improve.

Thank you Sam for your feedback :)

This is a fantastic tool that has helped our teams hold data driven discussions and introduced them to probabilistic forecasting. The tool tip drill down option is a great addition.
