Martin and team worked with our organization to help us successfully migrate away from another checklist solution we were rapidly outgrowing. Not only did they meet with us to understand our requirements, and demo Didit, they also scheduled follow-up conversations to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. I was searching for a checklists solution for quality inspection processes when our Director came across Didit. I particularly love the QR code feature that would allow me to create labels that can be scanned by my colleagues while inspecting the different equipment.

This app is amazing. Checklists can be created by anyone so long as they have an internet connection. We currently use it predominately in a web browser with logged in (i.e. paid) users for routine tasks on Jira issues. But the best part about this app is the fact that non logged in users can also check off tasks via mobile phone app, in Slack or via email. Our staff/team can simply work on a checklist without a login. This is great for our facilities management, cleaners, setup and packdown teams. Loving this app and where it's going. Keep up the great work! :-)

Some novel functionality like easily adding videos and photos, YES / NO buttons, requiring the User to digitally sign with his/her signature, and "Checklist Due Dates." However, some basic items are missing and I would rank it higher if it had the following: 1) I could add Rich Text Formatting (RTF), incl. bold, underline, font color, etc., in both headers and regular checklist items 2) I could add Statuses, incl. custom ones and display next to checkmark (RTF) 3) I could add multiple headers like typing in "##" or "###" for h2 and h3, respectively. 4) Creating an Issue auto-linked the source issue (or at least mentioned its Issue Key in the Description so Jira Automation would naturally handle without additional overheard to manage) 5) Creating a Subtask worked But, nonetheless some very cool new features! Hope more is on the way :)

Lastly, sorry the create subtask feature was not working. Our developers have been notified and will look into the issue. If you can spare a minute, raise a bug here so you can privately share details on your configuration and how to reproduce the bug.

For me, it's by far the best Jira app in every way, and certainly the best for organizing checklists. The support service for me has always been instant and very correct. It's much better than any paid app.
