Navigation Menus for Confluence (quick & easy orientation)

Great for turning Confluence into a more structured workspace We started using Navigation Menus to make frequently used Confluence content easier to reach without relying on users to remember where individual pages or spaces are located. The ability to structure menus around different areas of the workspace makes Confluence feel more like an organized internal portal rather than just a collection of pages. I particularly like the flexibility of building multi-level navigation and tailoring menus to different spaces or audiences. The live preview also makes configuration much easier because you can see the result while building the menu instead of repeatedly switching between administration and the user view. One area I would like to see improved is the administration experience for larger menu structures. As a menu grows, it would be useful to have stronger tools for finding, filtering, duplicating, and managing individual menu entries without having to navigate through the complete hierarchy. Overall, it is a useful addition for teams that have grown beyond a simple Confluence page hierarchy and need a more deliberate navigation experience.

With "Navigation Menus for Confluence," we can provide our users with easily configurable menus that are dependent on user profiles and groups. This helps users not only to access our many web apps but also to quickly find other important links.
