Far from perfect, but still the best the Atlassian Marketplace currently has to offer. Suggestions for improvement: Automatically assign the page name when linking a Confluence page. Optionally make columns in the submenu wider to prevent line breaks for long titles. Increase the spacing between submenu items on the last level. When there are many items, it looks like a block of text. Allow sorting of submenu entries alphabetically with a single click.
