Breeze - Document Management, Review & Approval Workflows

Our organization needed a content approval workflow tool that allows users among our business SMEs to propose but not be able to publish edits to articles on their product and policy info, and route requests to our knowledge base SMEs to publish them (and further edit to optimize information architecture). We also wanted the workflow to occur behind the scenes so that read-only users would not see it in progress. Finally, we did not want to have to clone our production spaces to create separate draft spaces in order to manage the workflow. Breeze is the only app we've seen that meets all of these criteria and it does it simply and elegantly. The B1Nary team has been great to work with and very responsive to our questions as we have rolled out the workflow. The app has been a game changer for us.

There are two things I really like about Breeze: 1) it just fills a huge gap in Confluence by implementing review and archiving workflows. This helps a lot in identifying outdated pages and keeping confluence organized. 2) the app has excellent support. I reached out twice and always got a perfect answer within couple of hours and also very good help for proper setup. Highly recommend the app and support team

I have been so impressed by Breeze so far. We ran a free trial of it before purchasing and during this time and since then Adrian, the founder of B1nary has been incredibly generous with his time. He took the time to really understand our use case and even made some enhancements to the csv download part of Breeze to make it much more efficient for us. It does exactly what I was looking to do in terms of pointing out stale content to either revive it or archive it. The reports to be able to see the trend of healthy content over time are a nice touch. Simple to use and works great!
