When there is a new event in SolarWinds, ZigiOps detects it, and automatically opens a new issue in Jira. You can filter and control the data to make sure only the necessary SolarWinds events are logged in Jira. Regular fields, custom properties and lifecycle fields are all part of the integration.
You can also tune the data field mapping to define how ZigiOps reports data to Jira. When there is an update in any of the SolarWinds events, already logged into Jira, ZigiOps automatically collects the updates. It then synchronizes them with the related issue in Jira for regular fields, custom fields, lifecycle fields and comments.
