When OpsBridge identifies events that require investigation, ZigiOps automatically collects them and creates corresponding Jira tasks in real time. Key attributes such as severity, status, assignment groups, and ownership are mapped and transformed using configurable field mappings, ensuring actionable and consistent tickets in Jira.
ZigiOps supports both listener-based and polling-based workflows. It can actively listen for incoming OpsBridge events or periodically sync updates, comments, and status changes from Jira back to OpsBridge.
