Use case: When an Incident is created in Jira SM, the helpdesk team might find out it is due to a bug and needs to be forwarded to the developers. With ZigiOps, this will happen automatically, and no one needs to enter the info in Jira manually. A Jira task is created and updated in real time by the integration platform.
All fields are synchronized - incidents, tasks, bugs, stories, status, progress, etc. With ZigiOps you can also synchronize custom fields and types, and issue links to track the dependencies of each issue.
When the task in Jira has some progress, the Jira SM incident is updated automatically. Once the task is closed in Jira, it is updated in Jira SM, as well.
