Advanced Formula Fields - Calculated Custom Fields for Jira

It turns out my issues was with the new Jira navigation. I'm not able to find it there. I was able to find it on the Installed Apps page.

Smart Fields is a great app that has a lot of potential with its cover of use cases. I like the approach they took by having two generic types of fields and very flexible technical implementation. However (unfortunately); (1) There is a lot of documentation, but the technical aspects can be challenging for users who don't have programming experience. It becomes much more manageable once used regularly, but users without a software engineering background will have a tough time unless they use only the predefined use cases. (2) The time these SMART fields take to load and display is its Achilles Hill. When a form or screen is presented/displayed, it easily takes up to 10 seconds for these smart fields to load and display, and it has nothing to do with network speed because I have a 500 Mbps connection. In addition to that, these fields do not show the values in a list view unless they were viewed at least once on a form/screen. I'm not sure what the rationale is for this behaviour, but it is a serious limitation that should be addressed as soon as possible. If you can address these two issues, I will gladly upgrade the rating to 4 stars!!! Vicente provided top-notch support.

Smart fields is a great app that save a lot of use cases for my customers. I like the approach they took with having only two generic type of fields and very skilful technical implementation. I got great a quick support from Dave Wuensch.
