It is a great tool, but i have 1 question. Is there a way of calculating the risk score with more than 2 parameters?

  On your scoring question: Hedge does not hard-wire the calculation to a single probability-and-impact result. The risk score runs on a formula you can customize, so how a score is derived is in your hands.

Not as useful as it should be. On the surface it is easy to use and pleasant to look at, but a severe design flaw (?) is limiting its usefulness as a proper risk plugin. Let me explain. For every risk you create you can define inherent and residual risk. That's great, and to be expected. But unfortunately, these values are specific to the risk register the risk is a part of, not to the risk itself. The result is that the same risk can have different risk scores in different risk registers. In practice, this means that it is impossible to generate program-wide risk registers that encompass multiple projects. Quite simply because you will need to reassess risk values for all the risks it encompasses and duplicate the work that has already been done. Every time someone updates a risk in their risk register, that change is not reflected in other risk registers. Unfortunately, this is a deal-breaker for us.

Fantastic - the best risk register app on Jira. We tried many different ones but this was the only app that allows you to make edits to the register to suit your own RAG, monitor mitigating actions, etc. Really smooth and the support is fabulous, respond within the same day with help.
