Field and Reports Extensions is an easy to configure JIRA app that lets you display field values from related issues. You have compete control over source and target issues, positioning within target issue (can be same issue), and viewing permissions. Displaying SLA targets from related Service Management issues is also supported.

Additionally, Field and Reports Extensions provides a custom search and report panel.
