Simply display, access, copy and delete existing spaces and create new ones
The Simple Space Manager App consists of three Macros, an integration in the space settings as well as a global page.
The Space Overview Table:
The searchbar allows you to search for a Space by space-key or space-name.
The searchable dropdown allows you to filter spaces by space category.
The Create Space Button, allows you to create a new Space.
The Table contains following information:
- Space Name (click to go to space)
- Space Key
- Space Description
- Space Labels (includes the space category)
(Columns can be adjusted by editing the macro in edit mode)
And three Buttons:
- Copy Space (Opens Copy Space Dialog)
- Delete Space (Delete a Space)
- Attachments (opens dialog with the attachments on the space)
The Space Deleter Macro:
Delete multiple spaces at once.
The Space Creator Macro:
Create multiple Spaces at once. (currently max. 10)
The Space-Manager-App Macros can be accessed globally (Navigation Bar -> Apps) and in each Space's Settings (Space Settings -> Integrations).

Integration Details
Simple Space Manager integrates with your Atlassian product. This remote service can:
- Delete attachments.
- Delete pages.
- Read a summary of the content, which is the content without expansions. Note, APIs using this scope may also return data allowed by read:confluence-space.summary. However, this scope is not a substitute for read:confluence-space.summary.
- Read a summary of space information without expansions.
