Simple Space Manager

The Simple Space Manager App consists of Macros, an integration in the space settings as well as a global page.

The Space Overview Table Macro:

Display Spaces in a dynamic configurable table.

Create a new Space from within the table.

The Table contains following information:

- Space Name (click to go to space)

- Space Key

- Space Description

- Space Labels

And Action Buttons:

- Copy Space (Opens Copy Space Dialog)

- Delete Space (Delete a Space)

- Pages (display pages of space in a dynamic table)

- Attachments (display attachments on space in a dynamic table)

- Space Settings (navigate to the space settings page)

The Space Deleter Macro:

Delete multiple spaces at once.

The Space Creator Macro:

Create multiple Spaces at once. (current max. 10)

Categorized Space List Macro:

Display spaces listed in a tree, by chosen categories

The Macros can be placed on any confluence page and also be accessed globally and in each Space's Settings. The Macros and places are shown in the Images.
