the best thing I like about this tool is the easy of use. it has a simple design and config. you do not have to waste a lot of time learning how to use it properly. for me, it does two important functions. it increases visibility and provided me automation. it provide you visibility into all skills that you have in your organization and skill gaps, if any. moreover, it allow you to automate job assignment. it makes team management and work assignment easy for me and make my team more accountable. definitely recommend this tool to project managers, scrum masters, and product owners.

Highly Recommended app, it allows you to avoid the hassle of assignment with the "Pull Assignment" feature to be able to focus on more important work for your team, also you can detect where is the skills gap located, which is blocker and bottleneck to avoid crises before happening, which can totally save your project in some cases from distraction. The UX/UI is very user friendly and you will not find any issue or obstacles using it and navigating with it, also the analytics part will show you a lot of figures with a very little amount of information you will enter. I tried on a scale of my team 24 member and it was very successful, developers are very open to any feedback and suggestion and if it is valid they are moving so fast to produce a new release, which already happened with me. This plugin is hands-down an amazing app and is a standout player! I have used the plugin in multiple scenarios that range from Product-specific use-cases to Project-specific use-cases and it does not disappoint. The plugin certainly made my life as a Project Manager quite simple as I had to previously do all the extensive work manually. Choosing the ideal resource for a particular use-case (user-stories or projects as well) required going through excel sheet or other makeshift solutions. Imagine when this was required to be done for more then 300+ resources! Would also definitely recommend this plugin for Project Managers whose teams are transitioning towards Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, etc as the Pull Assignments Mechanism works greatly. Looking forward to the launching of the Push Mechanism feature as well as that would help various use-cases of mine.
