This release is focused on bug fixes and minor enhancements.

General:

• Skills for Jira styles are now fully isolated and will no longer affect the main Jira UI

Risk Analysis

• "Skills" section of the analysis report now correctly evaluates experts and scarcity
• "Skills" and "Skill sets" sections now include non-scarce competency for broader use
• "Critical Experts" section now correctly renders long skill sets
• Risk Analysis report now quantifies demand (number of tasks) even if estimation fields are not configured

This release focuses on broadening support for different Jira versions and packs a number of minor bugfixes and improvements, including:

• Added support for older Jira versions. Skills for Jira Data Center now supports Jira 8.0 - Jira 9.10.0

• Newly created users now appear in Skills for Jira UI without delay. Note that users deletions can still take ~1 hour to be reflected reflect in the UI
• Skills demand widget will now refresh automatically every 1 hour and can be forcibly refreshed on demand to reflect queue changes dynamically without a full dashboard reload

• Assignments: Tasks that are unavailable due to skill requirements are blocker are displayed more clearly in the Assignments and Inspector dashboard along with the unavailability reason;
• Skill tree rendering performance in Skillset custom fields is slightly improved

• Assignments: The order of tasks displayed in user's work queue is now consistent with the actual pull order;
• Assignments: It is no longer possible to affect the order of tasks in queue by updating task summary;
• Assignments: It is no longer possible to see tasks hidden due to queue configuration by navigating to JQL search via "show all" link;
• Errors and product events no longer get lost and contain the technical context required for diagnostics

Skills for Jira Data Center supports most of the functionality of the Cloud version.

Only in Data Center:

• Risk Analysis and Simulation support much larger analysis scope (up to 100k tasks)
• Configure granular group-level access to different configuration sections
• Customer can opt out of sending client errors and product events to vendor

Not yet in Data Center:

• Field context-level skill tree customization
• Project-level skill tree customization
• Defining user-specific work schedules
