Don't get this app. Disaster awaits. Upgraded to V2, lost everything done with this app. Tried to create new fields, not working at all. Context are disappearing by itself.. Awful experience so far.

      Dear Olivier,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you encountered.

We'd like to provide some clarification: the issue you experienced was caused by an underlying bug on Atlassian's platform, which was beyond our control. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we immediately escalated it to Atlassian and worked closely with their engineers to resolve it as quickly as possible. Most importantly, no data was lost and functionality was fully retained.

Evaluated, does its job well with two major shortcomings: 1. (and the bigger one) does not react to issue link changes (changing the field updates links but updating links does not update the fields) 2. Is not supported by list view used by many jira UI:s and confluence utilize (e.g. advanced roadmaps).

      Thanks for the feedback!

Regarding 1: You're right. The current use case was always intended to link the selected issues from the issue picker field to the current issue. You are suggesting a reverse logic. That`s interesting!

I would like to know more about your use case. If you like, you can suggest a new feature at https://codecentric.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/10/create/44. We are always actively looking for new possible use cases and ways to use our apps.

Regarding 2: You're right here as well. Our app is based on the Forge Framework by Atlassian. Unfortunately, this does not allow us to display our custom fields in some UI elements. We are also waiting impatiently for Atlassian to expand the Forge platform in this respect.
