Supported Functionality

  • Use the Admin Overview to create new issue picker and edit configuration of existing.
  • Allow selection of multiple issues in one field.
  • Specify an JQL that limits the options of the Issue Picker.
  • Limit Field Options to current Project. Easy field reuseablity. (Example: 'Active bugs from current project')
  • Search for Issues as App or current user
  • Display or hide issue key and current Status of the selected Issue in the Issue Detail View
  • Automatically link the selected Issue with selected Link Type. (Currently not supported in the Issue Creation Screen)
  • Automatically remove the issue links of the selected type in case that the selected Issue in the Issue Picker changes.

Current Limitations

  • Maximal amount of issue options available in issue picker: 2000
  • Issue linking after issue selection is not supported on create screen
  • Workflow transition screens not supported
  • JSM Portal not supported
  • Automation only with smart values
