Effortlessly export any tables from your Confluence pages with just a few clicks into Excel (xlsx), CSV, or PDF formats

Accessible from the "More Actions" menu

To start exporting the User just has to navigate to the menu “More Actions“, hidden under the 3 dots, and when the menu opens - select the option “Export tables to csv/xlsx.pdf file“:

Select the tables to export, preview the content

Select the tables to export and use the options to save the data:

- Trim the whitespaces (XLSX and CSV);

- Remove special characters;

- Switch between Portrait and Landscape modes (PDF only)

Choose the Saving mode

It's possible to save the exported tables to:

- Single file for each table.

- Multiple files to be created and will contain the one table each.

- Save the tables to the separate Excel sheets (tabs).
