Smart Forms for Jira (Works in JSM, JWM, JPD & Confluence)

Smart Forms has allowed us to share forms externally to a lot of different people and orgs. Although there has been some downtime, the support team at SaaSJet is always very quick and responsive.

We have started using jira forms at work and this has helped us a lot to make sure everyone follows the same process.

Better than the out of box forms. Although does have a learning curve associated with it.
