Smart Forms for Jira (Works in JSM, JWM, JPD & Confluence)

This review is long overdue! We’ve had a great experience with Smart Forms for Jira. The app is flexible and fits really well into our JSM workflows. What really stands out is the support team. They’re very responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely care about helping you get things working the right way. Every question we had was handled quickly, and they consistently went above and beyond to resolve issues and answer our questions. It’s rare to see this level of customer care - highly recommend both the app and the team behind it.

[Edit] Very responsive support and fast turnaround time on fixing reported bugs. I find the forms are minimally better than the native Jira forms: inability to use dynamic fields like user pickers, tickets, etc, severely limits its usefulness.

Smart Forms has allowed us to share forms externally to a lot of different people and orgs. Although there has been some downtime, the support team at SaaSJet is always very quick and responsive.
