Summary
New features and Bugfix
Details

New features

  • Each Service Desk portal and Help Center main page can have unique footer info. In the previous version, the plugin allowed adding only one footer per instance.
  • Users can now add separate footer data for the Help Center.

Checkboxes are added on the first page for:

  • Selecting the Help Center portal
  • Selecting and deselecting all portals at once.

Validators are added on the page for entering data

  • Users can’t go to next (Preview) page if they enter invalid URL
  • Users can’t go to next (Preview) page if they enter only URL without title for it and vice versa.
  • If the page for entering data is not filled, button “Submit” on the Preview page is disabled.

Bugfix

In this version users can submit their footer info without entering the title. In the previous version this field was required and when it was empty, the button “Submit” didn’t do anything.

Current users should configure the footer data for Help Center because in this version this page is separate from the other portals.
