This workflow delivers standard states like “Open”, “In progress”, ”Close”, but also additional ones:
- Suspended - stop doing the issue from continuing (on hold).
- Reopened - the issue was in review, verification, resolved or closed status, but it should be reopened again.
- Resolved - development and testing is done, but it should be closed as well.
It helps the teams to work more flexible and estimate the tasks in different statuses.
