Leanmote measures some key indicators of how people experience their work
Our feedback can therefore help pinpoint which aspects of work are doing well, and which ones could use some attention. Our focal areas are motivation, capability, resources, and overload.
Motivation: describes the phenomena behind what we prefer to spend our time doing, how much effort we put into doing it, and how much we persist in the face of obstacles
Capability: Your people are likely in their current roles because they have valuable skills. But to make the most of your people, and to help them get the most out of their opportunities, you need to think about how their skills are utilised and developed.
Resources: Applies to a wide variety of things that people can use to improve their performance and to better handle the day-to-day demands of work.
Overload: Occurs where someone finds themself expected to do more than can be accomplished in the available time frame.
Privacy and security
Leanmote Work Ratings integrates with your Atlassian product. This remote service can:
- View user information in Jira that the user has access to, including usernames, email addresses, and avatars.
- Read Jira project and issue data, search for issues, and objects associated with issues like attachments and worklogs.
- View the profile details for the currently logged-in user.
- Report user accounts that an app is storing personal data for.
