Smart Boards

I have been using this addon for creating a lot of internal reports and data insights. I love the ease of use and how quickly I can throw together dashboards. I agree with the other reviewer that their support is really prompt and resolves queries very fast.

I have been using Smart Boards for some time now and while there are still a few minor issues, I can confidently say these are resolved fairly quickly. The impressive speed and responsiveness of the dev team for each question or issue I come across is unmatched. This team is truly great at their support and I feel my feedback on product feature and suggestions is heard and evaluated according to their development plan. This product has made viewing data in our Jira board quite easy as we create new charts using our custom field to get a pulse on our teams performance. Much prefer this app compared to others on the market.
