- Configure polling frequency for Netskope alerts
- Create and manage tickets inside JIRA based on filtered alerts raised by a customer Netskope Security Cloud
- Supports additional filtering to focus on a key subset, complete with deduplication and muting of tickets to prevent noise
- List and search within alerts and their associated metadata that have been surfaced by Netskope and polled by CTO
- Copy search queries to business rules to streamline rule creation
