  • Configure polling frequency for Netskope alerts
  • Create and manage tickets inside JIRA based on filtered alerts raised by a customer Netskope Security Cloud
  • Supports additional filtering to focus on a key subset, complete with deduplication and muting of tickets to prevent noise
  • List and search within alerts and their associated metadata that have been surfaced by Netskope and polled by CTO
  • Copy search queries to business rules to streamline rule creation
  • Obtain ticket queues and surface those to streamline the destination choice for created tickets related to matching business rules
  • Validate number of tickets that would be created if a rule was implemented prior to enabling
