Hi! Can I get tasks in Jira that have links to qase.io? Is it possible to somehow pull out such tasks using JQL?

You can do so in Qase, and there are more than one option to achieve that!
1. In repository, you can filter by "External issue" to find any test cases associated with a particular Jira issue, screenshot is via this link: https://prnt.sc/J_VOu2fj8iGw
2. You can build a Traceability Report that would gather all the issues from Jira project(s) of a specific type, or even collected with JQL query, and then build a traceability report showing all associated test cases, latest results and defects associated with them.
