Fields panel for Jira Service Management (JSM)

This app would be useful if it worked. It happens far too often that the top and side panels refuse to load on about 50% of tickets. I reached out to support 3 months ago and have chased periodically with no response. It's a shame - would be useful otherwise

I installed this in my personal Cloud environment just to test it out and I can definitely see this being very useful. I work with a number of different clients all using Atlassian products and could see myself recommending this plugin to clients using JSM. The formatting isn't perfect but nothing was cut off if I moved it to the top section.

Works like a charm and support is outstandingly quick!
