Disappointed about how I can configure the template to disable the limitation of the 24 hour error. Please help me!

I just had an issue, and the support team helped me very well. I was trying to use a WhatsApp template in Jira, but our Jira project, we using a translation plugin that also edited the text. The support team was able to help me resolve the problem. Thank you.

Customer support is excellent, we had some issues setting this app up and they where extremely patient and helped us make it work. Definitely this will help us optimize our customer support.
