This app surfaced as a solution during our transition period and has since been an integral component in our toolkit. It promises to provide read-only data visibility on Jira tickets, and it does exactly that – no more, no less. This level of precision in functionality is what sets it apart; it delivers exactly what is advertised, striking the perfect balance for our requirements. Although the object picker in custom fields offers a limited view, it's precisely tailored to our operational needs. This constraint actually works in our favor, preventing the clutter of unnecessary data and ensuring that only pertinent information is in focus. I would be remiss if I didn't commend the exceptional support provided by Christopher. In a landscape where customer service can be a mixed bag, his expertise, professionalism, and timely responses were nothing short of exemplary. His assistance was not just helpful, it was crucial for us to achieve the efficiency we were aiming for. Never worked right. Company info from Hubspot would not load, which really was the primary reason for installing it.
