It's just bad. I want to simple webhook notification to the channel. The same UX as in Slack, copy it please! For got sake provide this instead of custom tab in the channel. It's so bad. Because of this poor UX there are plenty of 3rd-party parasites who claims to fix this by their plugin for hilarious subscription. Atlassian, you can do more!

I love to have an opportunity to work directly in Teams to quickly work on Jira issues. Although I don't like that the app doesn't respect projects notification scheme but sends notifications even about things that shouldn't be notified about. Also I'd like Jira Cloud to respect JSM functionalities like approvals as I don't find it convenient to use different solutions like Jira CLoud app + Assist.

The app works great with new Teams getting information from Jira Cloud. It is especially useful IMO with the feed for notifications and commenting / editing issues directly from within Teams. Jira filters can also be shown directly from Teams, but dashboards aren't available yet but according to the Atlassian team it's on the roadmap for late 2024 but obviously subject to change. There is functionality that we've still not figured out yet, especially with group chats / meetings chats.
