You can use definitions from multiples pages and each page can contain multiple tables of definitions.

Your Glossary allows you to look up acronyms, terms and phrases from any Confluence page and shows the definition from your pre-existing Confluence pages with tables of definitions
To look up words, simply highlight text on any Confluence page and select Your Glossary from the dropdown. You will then be shown a list of definitions from your other Confluence pages.
You can set up Your Glossary with existing Confluence pages with tables of definitions, regardless of how the tables are arranged.

Integration Details
Your Glossary integrates with your Atlassian product. This remote service can:
- Read a summary of the content, which is the content without expansions. Note, APIs using this scope may also return data allowed by read:confluence-space.summary. However, this scope is not a substitute for read:confluence-space.summary.
- View the profile details for the currently logged-in user.
- Read and write to app storage service
