What I really enjoy about Visor is how easy it makes working with data from Jira or Asana. I can fully customize fields, colors, and filters, which helps me see just the information that matters most for each project. The dashboards feel clean and flexible, and the AI templates are super handy — they create detailed views and timelines in no time, so I can focus more on the actual work instead of formatting.

Visor is a surprisingly refreshing tool for managing and visualizing data. I’ve used plenty of spreadsheet-based platforms, but Visor stands out because it blends the familiarity of a spreadsheet with the structure of a project management tool. That means you don’t feel lost if you’ve come from Excel or Google Sheets, but you also get features like two-way syncing and clear visual hierarchy. What I like most is the real-time syncing with Salesforce. Instead of exporting and re-importing data, Visor keeps everything up to date on both ends, which saves a lot of manual effort and reduces mistakes. The collaborative editing feels smooth too — team members can work on the same sheet without stepping on each other’s toes. Compared to other spreadsheet-like tools, Visor feels lighter and more intuitive. It doesn’t drown you in features you never use but still gives enough power for managing workflows. The clean interface helps keep focus on the work rather than the tool itself.

I like it as It is a very powerful tool with smart bridges between Jira database and the familiar, flexible environment of spreadsheet. Its powerful Gannt chart which makes planning, scheduling and resource allocation incredibly efficient makes this platform very attractive. Though this platform is powerful, I wish that the pricing was a little cheaper. Though the platform is user friendly, new users might need some help or learning to explore the full potential.

I used Visor during my internship to manage and present Jira project data, and it made things a lot easier. I liked how I could turn Jira issues into simple timelines and Gantt charts without spending hours formatting, and the two-way sync saved me from updating things twice in both Jira and Visor. It was also really helpful to share clear views with people outside Jira, like project leads, since they could see updates without needing extra licenses. On the downside, when I worked with multiple projects the view sometimes felt a bit cluttered, and I wished there were more advanced filters or integrations with other tools. Still, for day-to-day planning, reporting, and keeping standups short and clear, Visor worked really well and gave me good hands-on experience.

What I Liked About Visor: Visor is an incredibly powerful and intuitive data collaboration tool, especially when it comes to managing product roadmaps, Jira syncs, and project tracking. What I liked the most is how Visor combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of database-like features. It allowed our product and engineering teams to sync Jira issues in real-time without writing complex queries or navigating multiple dashboards. The bi-directional sync with Jira is the best feature — changes made in Visor reflect back in Jira instantly and vice versa. Also, its UI is clean and easy to use. Even non-technical team members found it easy to navigate and use. The ability to filter, sort, and visualize large datasets in multiple views (table, timeline, Gantt) makes project planning smoother and more collaborative. Their customer support is top-notch. They respond quickly and are open to feedback. The onboarding process was seamless and took less than a day for our team to start using it productively. What I Disliked About Visor: There are a few things that could improve. Sometimes, syncing with Jira can take a bit longer when dealing with very large datasets. Also, advanced customization options for charts and reports are currently limited compared to some legacy tools like Airtable or Smartsheet. Pricing could also be a little more flexible for small teams or startups — especially for those who just want to try it out before committing to a higher-tier plan.
