New Change Management Pre-Authorized Change Request - updated Jira Server workflow to support Cloud Jira

Change Management Workflows implements a controlled business process that increases the likelihood of successful changes to Genesysproducts with mitigating risk. The current version is rebuilt from the Jira Server version, all Groovy scripts were replaced by Jira expressions and ScriptRunner post-functions.
