Where to begin, I would highly recommend Vertica's Products. I was looking for a certain way off adding up Values in Jira and was struggling to find a solution. I then messaged Richard and spoke with him and he showed me a solution. Not only this, I went back to him asking for a feature to be added into there product to introduce monetary formats. Not only did Richard request for this to be done, it was implemented within a few days of me requesting this feature. You can't fault there customer service and there willingness to help. Highly Highly recommended.
