- This was easier to set up than Monday.com's native integration to Jira.
- Once I got past the learning curve on how to set up the integration during that call, it worked well.
Cons:
- I did need to book time with their support to set up the system and they were very helpful.
- I was trying to set up bi-directional integration between one Monday board and multiple Jira boards (trying to see all tickets in one place) and their solution does not support this. The integration ended up creating a duplicate jira ticket for every Jira board that was linked to the Monday board. Their support team has been notified of the issue and hopefully they will have it fixed soon. When I had it set up for a single Jira board to a single Monday board, it worked fine. Had I had time to work with them, they would have supported me but I had to move on to other solutions.
