    This app has been a massive help in better connecting our IT support team (Jira users) with the commercial team (monday users). Previously things were slipping between the cracks as both teams didn't have the time bandwidth to keep up with the constant communications from various channels. Both teams are now able to work on their respective independent platforms without fearing they've missed important communication elsewhere. This was a big pain for us that was solved. We had previously tried the Jira - monday connection built within monday but there were too many limitations. With this app, we didn't have to build workarounds and it was super straightforward to implement.

    Excellent integration tool with an intuitive UI. Reporting section is great, providing an overview of the synchronized items. Best part is the logs section - providing complete details of the synchronization, and easily readable to identify any configuration issues

    This is the best jira integration i've used across any product. It is designed very, very intuitively and has excellent detailed logging capabilities to track down issues. Their support team is also very responsive as well.

    Pros: - This was easier to set up than Monday.com's native integration to Jira. - Once I got past the learning curve on how to set up the integration during that call, it worked well. Cons: - I did need to book time with their support to set up the system and they were very helpful. - I was trying to set up bi-directional integration between one Monday board and multiple Jira boards (trying to see all tickets in one place) and their solution does not support this. The integration ended up creating a duplicate jira ticket for every Jira board that was linked to the Monday board. Their support team has been notified of the issue and hopefully they will have it fixed soon. When I had it set up for a single Jira board to a single Monday board, it worked fine. Had I had time to work with them, they would have supported me but I had to move on to other solutions.
