IT Service AccountWe trialed many auto-assign/out of office plug-ins, and this was the one that fit our needs most closely. We needed something that allowed agents to set their schedule, and add their days off, that did not involve some intense automation logic to be created. Now, tickets are only assigned to people who are scheduled at that time, when tickets are escalated, they again go to folks available, and as management, we like being able to see agents schedules from within the project. It's also great that the agents can set/update this information on their own, without having to ask the project admin to do so. The developers are also very helpful, and quick to assist with any questions we have, or roll out updates. Although there are still a few quirks (for example, the dashboard loads a little slowly) I highly recommend this plug-in.
