VCAP allows to add recordings while opening a new ticket or later: in both cases the recording will appear as an attachment, easy to watch and manage for the agent.

Once the recording is complete, the plugin allows the user to watch the preview and decide wether to discard it or to attach it to the ticket.

VCAP is a plugin designed for Jira Service Management that allows users to attach screen video recordings to tickets. Having the possibility to see directly what the customer sees and experiences with applications can speed up a lot agent’s work, giving them immediately a clear view of the issue.
VCAP enables a set of features on selected projects that can be used while opening a new ticket: the user is able to record the screen, have a look at the preview of the video and decide if discard or send over the recording, which will be attached to the ticket.
It is possible also to attach new video recordings to already opened tickets, they will always appear as attachments of the issue.
