This app remembers backup links for a certain period as per product. The backup link will be available for 14 days for Jira and 7 days for Confluence.

Why is backup important? -- according to Data storage FAQ, Atlassian doesn't provide data rollback based on customer requests. So it's imperative to take site backup regularly. This app takes care of the burden instead of admins.
Your data will be hosted on the Atlassian-providing infrastructure called Forge. Even the app developers don't have access to any stored data unless you explicitly provide the app log. Note this app is created based on the feedback from admins contacting Atlassian Support; however, we might not fix any bugs promptly as there's no dedicated maintainer.
